Awareness Itself is devoted to the life and lessons of the Thai priest Ajaan Fuang Jotiko. He was the educator of the writer of the book, Thanissaro Bhikkhu. The book depends on three different books, for the most part Fuang's The Language of the Heart and about the total Transcendent Discernment. Not all things are a straight interpretation.
