The Law of the Adhaan to say during the plague and plague | وبا اور طاعون کے وقت اذان کہنے کی شرعی حیثیت | Maulana Muhammad Samiullah Wani Al-Kashmiri

In The Name of Allah, The Most Beneficent, The Most Merciful
It is the law of the Adhaan to say during the plague and plague (وبا اور طاعون کے وقت اذان کہنے کی شرعی حیثیت) by Maulana Muhammad Samiullah Wani Al-Kashmiri
Since yesterday many of my colleagues have asked me whether it is permissible to call upon the roofs of mosques and houses in order to protect them from pests and natural disasters, as many clerics say that it is permissible for them to do so. And give their fatwa about it in several hadiths!
In my view, there are several types of hadeeth books about the adhaan in the time of pestilence and calamities, which are the basis of which many scholars give the verdict of its validity and validity, and such prayers were heard in many places at night! I review three traditions here...
Let's see what the ahadith mentioned are about and the researchers have made a careful decision about this...
01-First tradition: Anas bin Malik Qal: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said:
Translation: "Hazrat Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) says: The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said:" When a call is made to a town, Allah Almighty protects the town from its doom on that day. "
Research and Invention: This tradition is narrated by Imam Tabrani in al-Mujam al-Qabir (746), al-Ma'am al-Awasat (3671) and al-Ma'am al-Saghir (499):
Hadith - Saleh ibn Shoaib al-Basri: Na Bakr ibn Mohammed al-Quraishi: Abdul Rahman ibn Saad ibn Ammar ibn Saad al-Safwan ibn Salim ibn Malik...
It should be noted that this document is strictly weak and incomprehensible. There are several reasons which are sufficient to prove it invalid and invalid:
1. There is one narrator in this document, Abdul Rahman bin Saad bin Ammar, who is a weak Hadith near Muhadithin.
2. Then there are two Ravi Bakar bin Muhammad al-Qarashi and his disciple Saleh ibn Shoaib al-Basri.
In my view, this tradition does not come from any other document which can be presented as a follower or witness. This is why Shaykh al-Albani (may Allah have mercy on him) has also mentioned this tradition in Za'eef al-Taraghib and al-Tahreeb (165). "Has ordered...
Warning: In view of this weak and untrue Hadith, there is no mention of anything that should be called upon during the epidemic or plague, but it is mentioned in the Absolute Adhan which is called for the time of the outbreak. Feature is irrational and irrefutable !!!
02- Second Narration: An-Abi Hariri: The Messenger of Allah (PBUH):
Translation: "Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: When Adam came to India, he felt nervous when Gabriel sent down the call."
The narrator goes on to narrate that when Gabriel was giving the call to Allah, and when he said this martyr: Ashhid the Prophet Mohammad, Adam started asking: Who is this Muhammad (PBUH) ?! So Gabriel said: These are your last descendants of the Prophets.
Investigation and Creation: This tradition was narrated by Ibn Asakir (2/323/2) from Mohammed bin Abdullah bin Sulaiman Akhbarna ayah ibn Bahram al-Kufi akhbarna Abdul Malik ibn Abi Karimi ana Amr ibn Qais Atta ibn Bibi Rabah an abi Hariri (RA). What a tradition!
Commenting on this tradition, Shaykh al-Bayani writes in al-Hadhid al-Zaidif (579/1):
(And this is the reason why Ali bin Bahram...
Namely: "This certificate is weak because I do not know Ali ibn Behram!"
It should be noted that no one of Ali bin Behram's authentic hadith has been endorsed and amended, but they are also present in the eyes of all the Hadiths !!!
The second reason for this tradition is that in his certificate, Ali ibn Bahram's disciple is Muhammad ibn Abdullah bin Sulaiman. Two Ravi by that name are famous as Kufi and the other Khorasani!
About Kufi Ravi, Imam Ibn Minda writes: "Majahul"
And Imam Dhabi (may Allaah have mercy on him) devised a Hadith!
Shaykh Albani (may Allaah have mercy on him) said: (والظهر هنا أنه الول)
That is, "Here is the first narrator (Muhammad bin Abdullah bin Sulaiman Kufi)."
For details see: Al-Hadithi al-Zaidif-ul-Lalbani (579/1)
It has been found that the hadiths are too weak on account of the two compulsions presently, and it is not possible to argue the issue under discussion, nor is it permissible for the Messenger of Allah to do so! Because the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: (علي من علي علي علي علي علي علي ما علي ما لم فل فليتأ أيت فلأ فل فل فل فل فل فل)))))) () علي) (من (()
Translation: "Whoever says my name in something I have not said will make his abode in hell"
(Sahih Bukhari, Hadith Number: 109)
03- Third tradition: ('Ali Ali: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him), or Ibn' Abi Talib! أ أ ك ح ز ز ز ز ز ز ز ز ز ز ز ز ز ز ز ز ُ ُ
Translation: "It is narrated from Hazrat Ali (RA) that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: O Ibn Abi Talib! I see you sad, so tell any of your family members that they should listen to you. I pray because it is a medicine for her (grief). "
Research and Creation: This tradition is narrated by Sahib Kunz-ul-Amal (5000) from Imam Dilmi and describes a long and long document which often contains the rituals of kababin and the ablutions, and such certificates are with the Hadiths. Doesn't matter! As scholars know...

The message must read by all Muslims

The message must read by all Muslims

ShahZeb was very different from ordinary boys. Do not marry a girlfriend and make a girlfriend who you should marry. That's what boys usually think.
ShahZeb fell in love with me during college. He made me a girlfriend and married me… I too was broad minded, liberal and liberal like ShahZeb… I had a beer for God from stereotypes and Molvius…
It was hardly impossible at this time to achieve the dreams we had dreamed of, and today it may have been born, but ShahZeb was just as good as before marriage - he proved to me everywhere. I used to take turns spinning my friends ... I said no! We were enlightened, broad minded and liberal...
That wasted my life by the same enlightenment, broad mind and liberal thinking. It was only a matter of days before I came to marry ShahZeb - every night was a night of goodwill and every day was a festive one. I had met at my wedding too. ShahZeb's boss met me very well. My beauty and makeup had dissipated him.
ShahZeb's boss said: ShahZeb! My secretary's post is empty.
But I apologize.
ShahZeb invited them to come home, but he invited them to have dinner at the house, which was accepted byShahZeb 's boss.
When ShahZeb's boss came home, I understood the message in his eyes that Allah had given him this wonderful sensation. He easily understands the male gaze of the man.
Then gradually he tried to extend the ceremony to me one day, in simple words: If I help him in promoting ShahZaib, increasing his salary, getting a car and a flat, then the next day he will do all these things. Will have ...
But how could I ... I was so disgusted with that person that day and I came home with a clear refusal.
After a week spent with the charity and then ShahZeb was removed from office not only because of embezzlement but his FIR was also cut off - the litigation you know! Where is the bus of the poor? Gradually things went awry but the problem was not resolved. Finally, the boss offered again and ShahZeb's mother was probably compelled to say that she should sacrifice this to save her husband ...
I was wondering if the doors to the development of husbands would open to rape?
This obsession with liberalism forced me to do so ... Shah Zeeb came home but maybe I was defeated ... not to keep up with the boss's orders but to his friends, and when Shah WhenZeb got all this news,ShahZeb  left me ...
Who is to blame? ShahZeb?
Today, after many days reciting the Qur'an, I got the answer to my question:
O Prophet! Tell your wives and spouses and women of Muslims to put a portion of their sheets on their mouths. It is closer to them that they do not get harassed if they are recognized and Allah is Forgiving, Merciful. Ahzab 59

My dear sisters!
I avoided the word of my Lord. I was persecuted and persecuted to the extent that life has become a disease ... you must not do so, this veil is a guarantee of your safety ... when protected. If you throw yourself off a sheet or jacket, then you will suffer wounds and maybe even death ... Liberalism and Enlightenment disease have become very common ... For God's sake ! Do not consider this to be a problem of Maulvi.
